The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 68ji identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68ji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 68ji will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
68ji is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 68ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

68ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your 68ji account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 68ji Platform, including game outcomes, account transactions, or bonus terms, you should first contact our customer support team. 68ji will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the 68ji Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
